OUR PROCESS
At ChemTrue we do not believe in normal Carpet cleaning. We follow a unique two-step process:
We start by using a floor buffer with a soft nylon brush and apply ChemTrue's Neutral pH7 carpet shampoo. This product is worked into the carpet fibers to loosen and break down imbedded dirt.
Next, we go over the shampooed areas and preform a dry extraction to ensure your carpet is clean. This process is a "wet" clean and drying time will vary depending on heat and circulation of air in your home or office.
